Meagan Lane is congratulated by Lilllian Garland, as historical figure Elizabeth Keckey, for winning first place with her Sr. Individual Documentary "Smoke and Mirrors: Demystifying Cigarettes." Meagan was one of 200 students competing in several Jr. and Sr. categories, including: exhibit, performance, website, historical paper, and documentary.
